Hi Ben,

Just thought I'd give you some feedback from my appointment with Sharni at Dezine Hair Studio yesterday.

Firstly, I would like to thank you for your recommendation. If it had not been for you I would  have probably never known about this hair studio.

Sharni took very good care of me. She  is so kind, understanding and personable. It felt nice, safe and comfortable to be in her hand. I appreciated her professionalism and the fact that her approach was respectful of the customer and its demand.

On the hair colour drama front, there is a huge improvement. We know that a second treatment is required and that is fine. My hair does look better and does feel better.

I also took the opportunity to have a hair trim and I am very pleased with it too. My hair is fine ans straight but some how Sharni's haircut has added volume and shape naturally without me having to do a thing to my hair. I washed it this morning and let it dry without any blowdry. It looks fabulous.

So Ben, I thank you again for your assistance. It was priceless to me.

Keep doing your website, it is necessary  for people in my position who are new to Brisbane and/or have had bad experience.
